"I drive an older model Ford F-150 truck. I had taken it to the Ford dealership in Madison first because the heat and air unit had gone out. They kept it 3 days charged me $309.45 to run a Diagnostics on it and then told me they can't find the part because it was obsolete. If they had the part, it was going to be over $1400.0] torepair. I checked online and found the part and then I went to Madison Muffler and ask them would they install the part. Jim and his team were very helpful and said yes so when I got the part, I went back up there. I took the truck in at 9:00 this morning and they had it done by 11:00. They even took me home and came and got me. I found them to be very professional, courteous and when I got my truck back everything was fixed and working as it should be. I will recommend them highly to any family or friend member that needs any type of Automotive work done. I was very impressed with Jim and his team of professionals. I Can't Give Them Enough compliments! And when I went back to get it to pay for it the price was extremely reasonable. In fact they saved me over $1,250.00 from what Ford was wanting to charge had they been competent enough to find the part which they were not. I highly suggest anyone that needs auto maintenance to check them out first. Madison Muffler, you're the best!"
