"It was 4:30p before the Labor Day weekend and I stopped in to check and see if the rattling noise that had started a week prior was an issue with the catalytic converter. Even though the work Madison Muffler had done was two years ago, they quickly threw it up on the wrack, found that the heat sheild had become loose, tightened it up and sent me on my way. Bottle line is, these guys are great, friendly and helpful, they stand behind their work and I would trust them to take care of me in the future."

"Excellent Job A++++. The man there was very nice, very knowledgeable, and price wise very competitive. Did very fast service and a good job. Explained everything to me step by step. I would have to say my exhaust work was great, very symmetrical. I would recommend to everyone that doesn't want to pay way too much."

"My son's car couldn't pass Marta, it had a busted up muffler. He needed his muffler fixed quickly so he could get thru Marta to get his tags. We got several estimates and Madison Muffler gave us the cheapest. These guys were great...quick, friendly and professional. They didn't try to sell him stuff he didn't need. He passed Marta with no problem. We would most certainly go back if we have muffler or auto problems.

"I know nothing about mufflers, etc., so I called at least a dozen places when I had to have my 1998 Jeep Wrangler's catalytic converter replaced. I called Madison Muffler on 07-14-10 and spoke with the owner, Steve. I could tell right away that this guy was solid. His demeanor was spot-on and his knowledge showed. I took my Jeep in today and one of Steve's staff members did the work immediately. This surprised me by the amount of vehicles that they had already in their bays and waiting outside. Literally 35 minutes later the work was done. Perfect. Affordable. You name it. The shop itself was immaculate and in order. You could tell by the staff that they enjoyed what they do and especially where they work. Each step was explained to me and I enjoyed each and every second. I would recommend Madison Muffler to anyone who needs any muffler or ANY of the many services that they provide. I salute them with pride! Steve, thank you for everything. You will always be the best of the best at what you do."
