"Well, this Uber driver was having a bad day when I ran into a mechanical issue. I was nervous and angry after dealing with a morning of bad customers. Then, my car suddenly made a noise like someone had crashed into the back of it.
The closest shop I could find was Jim Han's Madison Muffler and Auto Repair. I predicted it would cost me thousands of dollars in repairs as I dragged my feet to the nearest bus stop.
Before I could make it home, Jim texted me and said I had a broken bolt and needed my brake fluid drained—a total of $120. I was so relieved and overjoyed! His mechanic even diagnosed why my radio wasn't working.
This has truly been a great experience. Thanks, Jim!"
